Found a place at long last!I called literally everywhere the last few days and a guy referred me to Sandra Cummins at Beacon Audiology.

I contacted her today and she just replied saying that she can test me upto 20,000hz no problem at all.

Booked my appointment for next week,be interesting to see how my results turn out.

How loud is your tinnitus ? Is it like unmaskable or you don't hear it outside without plugs ?
