Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
No, all PT doesn't sound like that. Mine sounds more like a distant drum beat.
I think that Stephanie's sounds like that because she has a fistula. Hopefully, her doctor will be able to help her with this. If a cause for pulsatile tinnitus is found, it may be very curable.
That is an amazing recording. It sounds like someone with a breathing problem. Your's beats quicker than mine and mine is identical to my heart rate. I have had tinnitus since 2000 and it didn't always beat. Now it sounds like cicadas except faster. A buzz up and down quickly.
I think normal people get that sound when they exercize hard or their heartbeat really gets going? Doesn't it give you more hope that you may be able to resolve your tinnitus, versus people that get it from acoustic trauma?
