True, The great saint RamaKrishna say " When I am in the body I feel like a fish in a bucket , when I am in meditation . I feel someone take the bucket and dump it in the great river Ganges" . Open you mind.

You have the power to heal your life, and you need to know that. We think so often that we are helpless, but we're not. We always have the power of our minds…Claim and consciously use your power.

It seems all too easy to fixate on what's broken, rather than what's working. Yes, we are "trapped" inside of our mind, but we are also free within it. It grants us this shitty noise inside of our heads, and yes it can be the faciliator of the most horrible pain, but it also allows us to experience the greatest pleasures, such as love for the ones that matter. The only thing left to decide is whether it's worth it.

Sorry, incoherent ramblings of someone who only had 3 hours of sleep due to a spike, but I felt like I needed to highlight this point, as it seems a bit hard to remember sometimes.

Just want to add two verse from the Bhagwan Gita about the mind.Words from Krishna.
Chapter 6, Verse 5
A man must elevate himself by his own mind, not degrade himself. The mind is the friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well.

Chapter 6, Verse 6
For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his very mind will be the greatest enemy.
