Thought I'd Post After 9 Months (for New Sufferers)

I replied to your PM Sorry if it's delayed, I just noticed an email in my inbox as I tend not to visit the site too much!

Amazing to hear some of you are reading this story for hope, time really is a healer with Tinnitus. You'll come to realise tonnes of people have it, and tonnes of people don't care about it. It sucks at the start, but eventually you'll just not care. (Just don't obsess over it!!)

My life has changed so much for the better since Tinnitus because of life choices. Don't let such a stupid sound lower your quality of life!

 

I know this is old and you might not even see this. But this made me somewhat better. Really depressed right now.

I like how you brought up martial arts. I was a yellow belt and i was meant to do my orange belt exam ( level 2) in October. Considering the mess i am in right now and all of my negative thoughts i lost all hope of going back and the fear of “ what would loud noise do it? “. I cant go anywhere anymore. This gave me hope. Thank you.
