The COST, an organisation of European countries + Turkey is supposed to coordinate and fund research in science, medecine and erm... other stuff. It has started a project about tinnitus. They speak about neurophysiology so it probably won't be about the usual counseling babble. Finally some European public funding for tinnitus.
