Hello sorry if this goes to a wrong topic but I got a bit sad lately.

I have tinnitus that is scaring me a little. Other thing is that I have chest condition called Pectus excavatum that is not helping me either.

I just wanted to know if I am the only one here like this that has something else (deformity, etc.).

Sorry for my hand-writing (not native) and if I insulted someone with my negative thoughts.

Best wishes, Thomas.

@Thomas Hrdy ,
Welcome to Tinnitus Talk.

Tinnitus comes with unwanted emotions and can make you sad but try not let it.

Make sure your sleeping well,
Eating well,
Have sound on around you when need a break from your tinnitus that will relax you .
Have someone to talk to how you are feeling.

Don't let tinnitus or any deformity make you feel less of a person or let anyone make you feel that way .

You have found a lovely place to come for support and make some friends along the way who understand about tinnitus and living with it.

love glynis

Hello Thomas,

You are not alone. Stick "Pectus excavatum" in the search field of this forum to find out.

There are all kinds of issues that people have to deal with, in addition to T, on this forum. I am constantly amazed at how everyone copes with their own challenges.

Good luck.

Surgery is not necessary in this case but i still feel a bit weird with that condition. I will try to help it with some exercising that could possibly help tinnitus as well
