I just wanted to ask, is it true that if you have Tinnitus your cells degenerate so you lose your hearing.
For instance my hearing is normal now but in 5 years due to Tinnitus it gets a lot worse, I don't mean the common progressive hearing loss where I can't hear 18 000 Hz anymore I mean real hearing loss? or is it just some stupid research or something I have come upon randomly.
Otherwise I'm fine, I figured out what causes my sound sensitivity spikes, well they happen in loud places, thought it was recruitment but nah recruitment doesn't lessen and worsen as you get stressed/anxiety kicks in and all that so I'm just sticking to the making my limbic system out of what with anxiety about my hearing, I've been trying to ignore that voice in my head and it's been going rather well actually.

I just wanted to ask about the Tinnitus meaning your cells are dying off fast thing, also sorry for being annoying I'm afraid it's just how I get when I panic.
