      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Stress, infection, noise trauma, combined
      Last weekend, first time with my T (enjoying T a year by now) I went and see a movie in theater and after that a dinner in "normal" sound level crowded restaurant. Yes, there was DJ and amplified music in presence too..
      but not nearly any disco/nightclub venue volume levels.
      I was wearing the whole 5 hours event proper ear muffs or ear plugs.
      Result was anyway baddest spike for my T in past six months.
