      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Stroke
2 weeks ago I had severe stroke. Mechanical Thrombectomy saved my life. 1st day afterwards was fine. 2nd day had severe VERTIGO for hours, followed by double vision, ending with hearing loss. Been tested. Everything physically working. Hearing diminished 70 % in the left ear. Right ear 110%. No tinnitus.

Doctor said it's possible return to normal in 6-18 months but honestly not likely.

I'm confused. Do you or do you not have tinnitus? The above says no, but your profile says yes.
