Tinnitus Cranks Up When I Eat Beans on Toast

Hi guys

I've had T diagnosed for about a month now. Its been up and down - currently up. I have noticed that it increases a tremendous amount when I open my mouth. The more I open it the louder it gets! I just ate beans on toast and it sounded like I was getting zapped!

Is this normal and is there anything I can do about it?

HI Andrew,
Tinnitus varies a lot in the early stages and each person's experience will be unique to them. Try not to worry and take each day as it comes. Keep away from louds sounds and I advise not to use headphones even at low volume. Click on the link below and read my article that you might find helpful.
