I need some support, I don't know what's going on. I woke up 3 months ago with stiffness in my jaw. Later I felt pain in my neck and shoulder. The doctor said glue ears.

I went to my orthopedic specialist. He gave me cortisone in my shoulder.

Two days later a terrible ringing in my ears started. My jaw is clicking an it's very painful. The noise is always worst in the mornings. In best case it's quiet until I move my jaw or neck. My ent said it's not from my ears. I did a scan on my neck = ok, some degenerative things. Now I'm waiting for the jaw scan.

      Is tinnitus related with pain?

My tinnitus can also be gone for one day. Some days I just hear some very quiet noise. Like electric buzzing.

Welcome to the forum. If your jaw movement can affect tinnitus you may want to get a TMJ specialist to check things out. Tinnitus from pain is not common. But if you use ototoxic drugs to control pain, or that chronic pain may cause intense stress and anxiety then these can cause tinnitus to show up. The fact you have quiet days is good news. It may get better over time. We need to stay positive and calm to help calm down the nerves which in turn can reduce tinnitus. Hope your condition will improve. All the best and God bless.
