Tinnitus from Ear Wax Impaction with Inflammation

I am 24 years old male that got T about a month ago.
The earwax and inflammation has all been resolved minus the T.
I was wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me?
I've been reading a lot of stuff online and some had gone away and most of the time it has persisted.
I hear a high pitch sound but I've learned to not let it bother me. It just saddens me that I might not ever hear silence in my left ear again. Makes me treasure and protect my right ear.
I am also looking into am 101 trials but I think my tinnitus is manageable since it is maskable by noise.
Has anyone ever had their tinnitus caused by earwax impaction with inflammation go away?
If so how long did it take?
Just fishing for good stories to make me feel better lol.
