Tinnitus Madness

Hi all, my tinnitus got worse after I originally habituated.
How bad does this crap get?
Should I be worried of endless worsening?
I'm going crazy.

Welcome to TT. When T spikes to a new level, the brain will have to take time to adjust to this new level. Habituation to it will be similar to the 1st time. It takes time and patience to follow through on your habituating strategy. It is not easy at first, but hopefully it will get better and your T will settle back to baseline. In the mean time you may want to mask the T to reduce your anxiety. Here is TT's link for some nice masking sounds and great tips to live with T.
