About a month ago I had a nasty spike, it lasted 2-3 weeks and it stopped about 1 week ago. Now, honestly, I feel that it's legitimately going away, it is super quiet and I can only hear faintly in pure silence, my ears feel different, but in a good way. It's been 2 months since I first got my tinnitus. And I'm starting to think that it finally ran its course, it's still there but it's at a 2/10.

I don't recommend sticking your thumb in your ear, like this video shows. You can create extreme pressurization in the ear canal, and that could lead to a dangerous condition for your ear drum.

If you end up with something plugging your ear (like ear plugs or just your finger), extreme care should be taken when taking it out. You don't want a plunger effect on your ear drum.

Pretty lame to label it "How to get rid of tinnitus naturally" too... it's not a T cure at all. Oh well - I hope no-one gets hurt doing this.
