Tinnitus Spike

Most spikes will settle down. While there are exceptions, don't treat it or live it like you are the exceptions. By being positive & relax about it, by treating it not a threat, and by keeping yourself busy to distract from paying attention to T, the brain will gradually stop monitoring T and hopefully so goes the intensity of the T ringing sensation. You have only positive to gain by being positive and relax about the spikes. Best wishes.
