Tinnitus Vibration Whistles

Hey sarah here
just wondering if this ever happened to you, for me its sounds like a Virbration whistle sound in my left ear and also has been , sometimes
its there and some times its not ,

The sound in my left ear also vibrates sometimes, especially at night. In the mornings I don't really hear the vibration sound. Don't know why and I don't think anyone knows why really. Sorry to disapoint you, but you're definitely not alone, that's for sure.
