Tinnitus Worse — Can Tinnitus in One Ear Sometimes Sound Like It's Coming from Both Ears?

Hello guys! i have a quick question, Does anyone have tinnitus in one ear? If so can tinnitus from one ear sometimes sound like its coming from both ears? my right eaar is totally clean and the left ear is the one thats ringing because its totally clogged with wax

 

you had this since February. I don't want to be a downer but I don't think your ringing is only because of ear wax. Otherwise it would be gone after such a long time, the drops you used etc.
but yes the perception of T can sometimes switch between ears.
