Today Was Quiet!

So today I didn't hear tinnitus! I found myself having to search for it but tried to distract myself from doing that!!! (It's so hard not to!) I am laying in bed and it's very low.

Praying tomorrow is just as good and this is a sign T is going away! I am still taking Turmeric with curcumin I ran out on Wednesday and noticed a spike I got more yesterday it went back down and today it was unnoticeable!!!

I went to a loud birthday party and no spike! Just want to keep everyone updated with my Turmeric journey, so far it's proving well!
