Too Many Vitamins Causing Bad Effects (Abdominal Cramps on My Esophagus Lining)

I'm having abdominal cramps on my esophagus lining. I have a feeling it was due to too many vitamins for the past 2 months. I'm guessing my esophagus is irritated?

What should I do?
If I take antacid would it make my tinnitus worse?
What antacid has helped you with no problem with tinnitus?

maybe take a break from vitamins so your stomach can calm down. or take them every other day instead. as for antacids, I don't like regular OTC drugs. I would suggest Gaia Reflux Relief. In the US, Wholefoods carries it. Sprouts might, as well.

If that doesn't work, mix 2 table spoons of baking soda into a small glassof water and have few sips of it when your reflux is bad...tastes horrible but works instantly.
