Have been diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. It comes with facial pain mainly coming from the right ear, which is persistent ear pain. Also I have noise sensitivity and I can't even sleep side ways, the pain in the ear will increase. All MRIs and tests everything show normal results. Ive been prescribed tryptizol (amitriptyline) and lyrica 75 mg for a couple of months.

The lyrica is helping the pain and noise sensitivity but to a bearing level only.

I've seen over 30 doctors from TMJ specialists to Neurologists, ENT.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
Please in need of help

Both of these drugs can cause or exacerbate tinnitus.

Never take any medicine ever, never seek medical help, move to the country, never go outside, have your groceries dropped into your house via drone, and take a dizzying amount of vitamins [placebo pills] that are sure to help you. Happy hyperacusis living!

I know a Dr did a hole in my eardrum as he suggested it was going to help... it harmed my eardrum... The eardrum has nerves and pain receptors....
