Today, two unpleasant incidents occurred in the day - the first one - close to me, loudly slammed with iron doors.
But this, albeit unpleasant, was almost forgotten to the background of the second case.
I went to the bathroom and took a hot enough shower, at the end, when I was washing my face with soap under the shower with soap, holding my breath, I felt like I had a little darkness in my eyes and my heart began to beat often, I opened the bathroom door and puffed out.
Strangely, it was like hypoxia or some kind of vegetative symptoms. Usually such cases include three symptoms - darkening in the eyes, palpitation and tinnitus / muffledness. But it's hard for me to appreciate the noise in my ears against the background of tinnitus. It seems that it remained the same.
Have you experienced something like this? Do you think this case is dangerous for tinnitus?
