I'm in the early stage of my Tinnitus. How do you guys concentrate for any length of time. I'm finding it very hard to do?

Thanks.

That's normal when it's so intrusive. I had a change in setraline dosage and it made my T much worse. This led to clinical depression which I'm not yet recovered from. I was maybe unlucky but T is known to be caused by Sert for some people. I wish I could turn the clock back so be really sure they are the right treatment for you.

Concentration/task should be held for 30 minutes and then possibly take 5-10 minutes break. It's hard for me to focus longer than 30 minutes straight. It's hard to focus on something, that I am not interested in as well.

For concentration to work, we must be motivated, some what stress free and ready to accomplish our task. It's not very easy to do this with tinnitus, but it can be done...
