Very Nervous

Hi im posting again after a couple of days and it was going good up until a hour or so ago its real loud in my right ear i cant go to sleep it feels like its vibration my inner ear im getting real nervous and dont know what to do it is currently 15min to 11pm

If stuck with sleep you could try to mask it with some music. Hope this helps

 

try white noise machine or nature sounds or classical music

mask your noise while you are in bed!
