Vibrating Fleeting Tinnitus

Does anyone else expirence this? It's a low vibrating sound in my head that lasts 30 seconds or so, then just vanishes. I've had the normal fleeting tinnitus where your hearing decreases and tinnitus increases/changes sounds, but I've never had this before.

I have fleeting tinnitus, and vibration sometimes, which I think is related to the pulse. If I hold the pulse on my neck, the vibration stops. Also, I have a whistle type of sound sometimes where I feel (I think) a slight blow out of my ears. However, my ear MRI is normal.
