I just did something incredibly stupid. I played an 18,000hz sine wave for about 30 seconds (was trying to figure out if I could still hear it), I foolishly cranked up my speakers, and at what would normally be very loud for a lower frequency noise, I could faintly hear it. Well now I have a spike in my ear that was closest to the speakers, it might just be psychological but I fear it might be actually damage. Wtf did I just do? I make incredibly poor decisions sometimes.

my friend, I assure you 100% that this is purely psychological, and you will soon forget this incident, like an ordinary everyday trifle! Good luck and health!
