Is it gradually improving or just random?

I don't know. It varies a lot. Sometimes it's there, sometimes its more quiet, sometimes it ain't there at all. This has been the case since january almost.

Have you tried giving your ears a good rest?

Otherwise I have read about stories that it could be stress related. Because it varies way too much for anything else.

Yes of course. Yesterday I skipped a party I was invited to. I haven't used earphones in months, I don't go to loud pubs anymore.

So another one of "these" updates.
I have now for weeks lived a normal life again, my T has been very low if not even gone, and yesterday I noticed it was back. Is there any logic explanation why my tinnitus can go away for weeks and then return for a time and again go away for weeks? My general feeling is IF T is caused by noise damaged this should not happen. The damage should be permanent. I have not been exposed to loud sounds so this should not be the reason my T came back. And this has been the case since january. So for 6 months my Tinnitus has come and go, come and go. I don't know if this has anything to do with my T, but the only connection I can find is yesterday I also had mucus and stuffy nose, but mildly.

I don't think anyone really knows. From your description it seems fairly low though so that is good :)

Now my situation is more like this: My days go on as normal, I rarely hear my T. It's either very low or not there. But when I wake up in the mornings I have it...then it goes away. Maybe because of my sinus problems.....or?

Hey, Raphael, I'm having the same exact issues that you describe. It goes away and then boom it comes back again. Also, my ears feel full. Do you any updates in your situation?
