What Would You Be Willing to Give to Have Perfectly Functional Ears?

Oh, well this is in poll form so it's very different. Also I don't think it's counterproductive because it gives us an idea of how much of an effect our ears have on our lives, and what we would be willing to sacrifice in order to get them working again.
