When I Try to Sleep I Get a Funny Almost Shaky Feeling

Does anyone else experience this? When I try to sleep I start to feel funny my head feels dizzy and I get shaky. It comes and goes in waves. I try to relax but it still keeps happening. I took nothing so it's not from drugs. Also my tinnitus was low. I didn't need any white noise. Just the weird feelings.

 

I'm assuming you haven't yet spoken to your doc about it?

It could be a bit of Anxiety but pop in see your doctor if it keeps happeing .
