Oh God I can relate. I had a whole year just like this, with a serious intent for suicide and all that. Mercifully I'm much better now but any random T spike can push me back into this hell on a moment's notice. Isn't tinnitus wonderful?

Let's pray that the devices scheduled for this year and the near future will really work and help us.
