acoustic trauma
Hello! I've been writing a lot here lately. It's just been a lot to deal with. I've had more ear fullness and worsening tinnitus after an acoustic trauma at a house party two months ago, where I forgot to wear earplugs.

I also, unfortunately, tried a neck adjustment, which made things even worse. The ear fullness has intensified. I've read that many people experience increased tinnitus after adjustments, and now I really don't know what to do. It all feels like too much. I also developed visual snow after the acoustic trauma.

I'm planning to see a physiotherapist and book an ENT appointment. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

How old are you? I have the same issues too, but mine were not caused by acoustic trauma. They were medication-induced.
