I think that video/movie should be required in university classes.

I appreciate you posting that video. I have watched it several times. Most people who I show it to are shocked.

I only think about the barium and aluminum toxic levels in chemtrails. When the search came up with mold spores in chemtrails, I was taken aback quite frankly. I didn't pay attention to it before.

I take Vit D3 - 5000. What do you suggest for Vit C dosage?

Obviously I'm no expert but I take 2 grams of Vitamin C everyday. That's 2000 milligrams but that does not include the fruits and vegatables I eat as well. I would actually take alot more Vitamin C supplements but that is the most my budget allows for. The Government RDA levels are absolutely pathetic at just 60 milligrams which is the bare minimum to prevent scurvy. A Dentist I know has taken 30, 000 milligrams every day for many years but he is exposed to Mercury regularly when taking fillings out of people's mouths. He claims he has only positive effects from taking that much and looks pretty good for his age.

There is research out there showing how effective Vitamin C can be for detoxing metals especially when given intravenously. It has been shown also to be excellent for protecting against metal poisioning in some studies. In the future I will post more in depth about this issue and explain the best types of Vitamin C to get and why I believe this to be so importnat. Sadly not all Vitamin C supplements are the same and I encourage people to do their own research on this issue.
