Anxiety can make things worse. One of the only people who is researching T/H says it definitely plays a part.

docs all collectively like to gaslight us into believing it is anxiety. my pcp told me I just need to sleep it off and T will disappear. If this was an easy as they think.

Itchy could be from inflammation, even from inside the ear (which some believe is highly related to T/H)

Turns out I have black spores all over my ear canal which various doctors from different hospitals failed to recognise and prescribed me antibiotics which worsened it
