Relationship Between a New Set of Eyeglasses and Tinnitus?

Jaw-issues: Well, my jaw usually clicks/pops when I open it. Dentist says it does deviates slightly when I open it, Jaw CT revealed very mild TMJ. My teeth's enamel is severely worn out due to overbite when I was a kid (my good parents took me to the dentist and he prescribed me removable...

Relationship Between a New Set of Eyeglasses and Tinnitus?

Given some posters added some interesting information on a possible relationship between eyesight and the auditory brain region, I wonder: One month prior to my T I had a new pair of corrective eyeglasses issued. This were supposed to definitely correct my astigmatism. Thing is they did...

I Hate White Noise. Coping Methods for Tinnitus Are Really Useless!

I have lived for 30 years in a Tropical country. For 30 years, I have listened to the sounds of the crickets at night. Actually, it was soothing until I was assaulted by T. Then, at some nights, I find their sounds unsettling.

    Help, I Can't Sleep

Look, don't mind Tinnitus as something chronic. Actually, it should be more likely for Tinnitus to go away at some point than to stay. Only 5%-10% of the population has a chronic case so odds are in our favor. Just hang in there a little more and you will heal.

    Help, I Can't Sleep

Can you go out for a walk? A brisk walk? Something where you could only focus on walking and doing nothing more. Sometimes that helps me cool down when on a rush of anxiety

Having Endoscopy Tomorrow & Trying Alternative Medication

Hello, Well, following my first post on this lovely place, I'm having my endoscopy tomorrow 10 AM (UTC-4) to remove a retention cyst. Doctors are willing to remove it only because they believe it will become more troublesome if left untreated by I got my fingers crossed for the procedure to...

    Checking In, Club.

Hi, Well, I desperately wanted to post before but for some strange reason I couldn't join the forum. Only now I was able to and here I am. Tinnitus showed up out of the blue two months ago, Friday June 2nd, 2017 to be precise. It woke me up at 0300 AM and ever since, it hasn't receded. I...
