My tinnitus seems to lower when things are quiet and then shoot up whenever I play music or try to mask it.

Is it normal to have such loud tinnitus though? The only place I can't hear it is in loud places such as a bowling ally and when I'm blasting music or playing pink noise. I'm struggling to stay happy I'm miserable. It's a high pitched static that randomly turns on really loud or stays there...

No he was a General practitioner I'm from the uk so it's hard to get a ENT unless I pay £60 for a checkup I concidering it though

The noise seems to have stopped now luckily. But my ear makes a crackling noise each time I swallow which is alarming and my left ear won't pop and feels asif it's stuck shut

Thank you, I appreciate it. I already suffer with anxiety unfortunately so this is just adding more anxiety and I'm struggling to keep it together at the moment with this noise.

Any help would be appreciated, it's quite loud I can hear it over background noise.
