Ok cheers for that. I would take it for the protection also and if it helps in other ways then all good. Solgar do it also and i think they're supposed to be best for vitamins. Going to hit the health shop later. Do you take vit c also with them Markku?

Tinnitus is supposed to be a side effect of Ibuprofen but only if you take loads of it. I think normal dosages are fine and you say you only took a few doses. I have taken minimum doses and and it didn't increase my t. This is my own personal experience though.

Just to let you all know, I ended up doing ten HBO treatments. Before the HBO it was mostly my left ear but also sometimes my right ear that bothered me. Not sure if the HBO did much or anything really. My right ear does not really bother me any more although it's still there but definitely not...

Ok I suppose I'm more thinking is it ok for water or sea water to get in the ear. Its a clean beach. No don't have perforate ear drum.

Hi, Ok this might be a bit of a stupid question! But it it wise to do water sports in early stages where water can get in your ears. Things like swimming or surfing in the sea not swimming pool etc. I'm thinking its fine unless someone tells me otherwise? Thanks
