Seriously? That's outrageous!! Point them to the direction of this forum and they can see how much people suffer and they it's not "anxiety and in your head" type problem".
@Moni97 omg this is insane !! Where are you located ? I work with a functional medicine doctor, typically they have D.O. Following their names. They would not be treating you like this, if you have the will or energy or have sig. other / mom search functional medicine docs near you. Out of pocket costs can come into play but at least they care.
@just1morething I didn't lol the first 6 days were an absolute nightmare. I felt weird and nauseous, couldn't sleep, BP dropped, T went haywire, it was a terrible time lol but two weeks later and Most the symptoms went away and mentally I'm doing pretty good.
@Erika I'm honestly not sure. It definitely helped with my severe anxiety which has dramatically changed how I react to my T and cope with my H. I'm still in the early stages of the drug, in a few more weeks I'll have a better opinion on if it actually lessens my H/T. So far tho, I like it. It's made life easier, tho the immediate side effects were strong but once you get over the hump they dissipate
