Take 2 grams of NAC…that stuff seems to protect me from loud dental work

Still waiting for my appointment 10am uk time. I hope it goes well, a dental visit in the past wouldnt have even bothered me or worry me about my T cause I didn't even think id spike :( I worry now more from what I've read and anxiety is up.

Numbed drilled filled and out the door in 15 minutes so was not too bad lol i now have a 6 months reprieve before my next check up : D

@Damocles I assumed they didn't do that anymore from what I looked at but maybe I was wrong. Too wimpy to take anything anymore, a few years ago even with my old T I wouldn't of batted and eyelid. Oh how things have changed lol
