@ZFire i read your progress update and super happy your 80% better! I can safely say ATM my T doesn't react anymore to fans or AC at all. I can also play my PS4 at low levels with less spikes. My 5 tones dialed down to 2. I do have what I call winding up Tinnitus but like yours I think it's connected to loudness H. If I can heal loudness H the spikes should also fade, Anyways congrats again!

@Strawberryblonde hi friend I been surviving. Little progress here and there. Last week I had a allergy episode so everything was loud l. But seems to be calm this week how have you been??

Allergies seem to play havoc on tinnitus from what Ive read on here. Have you taken anything for them? @Sammy0225
