How long did you take zopiclone? I've been taking low dose zolpidem (a differeren z drug) most nights for about a year and often up to 18 months. I take it in the middle of the night if I wake up for too long and can't get back to sleep.

I managed taking 20 pills from April to June. Did help me sleep. Did it mess with your T ?

@kingsfan Thanks a lot, very informative. I don't want to make it sound like I had a drinking problem. We're talking 2-3 drinks every Saturday during July. But I have always been extremely sensitive to all stimulants, so even that might have created chaos in my nervous system.

@Juliane I agree with you. But I don't think it will be permanent. I went through it too with alcohol, but I was drinking a couple drinks a day for about a month, and it got better for me.
