Same here. I used to freak out after any loud exposure. Now I don't give it much thought. I still try to prevent such incidents but I don't dwell on them anymore.
Sorry the late response guys! @Utdmad89 to answer your question yes I've had pain where things like the door clicking or utensils hitting each other caused sudden sharp pain in my ear. I still have it but not nearly as bad since onset (thank god)
