Over 20 years chronic, but only the last 2 years have been bad enough to really affect my life significantly.

I regret taking the hydroxyzine. I knew better, but I'm desperate for relief. Anything I take makes my ring deep and loud a few hours after I fall asleep. I need help on why this is happening. I have insomnia. Will that make it worse? I think the lorazepam is making it worse also, even tho I'm taking a small dose.
