Hi, my ears have been damaged by mirtazapine after only 3 weeks of use and they feel way worse than they did when my tinnitus first began, I get a lot of pain and the eardrums feel tight and also they feel weird in general, any one else have this after meds damage?

Hi, Does anyone's tinnitus sound electrical? Mine has gone this way since withdrawing of mirtazapine, and it feels like I'm getting brain zaps. It's been 7 weeks like this. Has anyone else had this? The zaps are on one side of my head, hitting my cheek and neck, they're horrible.

hi,i have reg t but then after stopping mirtazapine this has started feels like cold wind on my ears with a woosh noise,what can cause this? did have really bad withdrawal from mirtz,tightening of neck was the worst,wonder if its damaged my veins?can anyone advice ? thanks
