I feel you. The worst thing you can do is worry about things that did not happen. I did that a lot before tinnitus. But stopping that self-destructive behavior has been the best thing for me

Fair enough, you have your opinion and I have mine. Those are great too, the ones you just mentioned. However for me, I saw this one as pretty great too because she had 15 years of this and usually at that point, most have given up hope entirely.

Just read a story on Tapatalk that a woman's tinnitus cleared up after 15 years! She reduced artificial sweeteners and MSG in her diet. Granted she did use a lot of artificial sweeteners and ate a lot of Chinese food (which has a lot of MSG) before she decided to cut it, but this is still a hope...
