I just took another 4hr flight from Chicago to Puerto Rico, there and back last week... No change in my T or H
@Hedgehog my tinnitus is super quite ringing noise. (knock on wood) I only hear it when I’m in a quite room. I can mask my Tinnitus with my fan....

Lately I’ve noticed that my ears feel clogged, and sensitive to noises when I eat a large amount of cheese.. Does anyone get this??
@Sam98 it got a lot better! Most days I don’t notice it, but whenever I do notice my H, it’s not as bad as it used to be
