1 Week 4 Days with Tinnitus — Any Advice?

According to my recent thread, it's been 1 week 4 days I'm with T.

for about 4 days, T decreased to level I'm not heard or noticed while I'm outdoor. Either in my room with CCTV System noise. But when I just turn off all electronic stuff, silent room, my T constantly ringing again. I know, it is too premature to said I got chronic T. Next week I got an appointment with ENT by the way for Audiogram (?)


I have several question.
1. Do I need masking my T or is that important? since I'm not too noticed about T while I heard CCTV System noise and I fall asleep
2. I avoid any high noise sound. Got healthy food with medication (B6,B12), etc. Got quality sleep. What I need to do next?

Hi! I had bookmarks your thread, I'm inspired thank you man. T isn't bother me anymore. But I'm still curious with it, makes me want to do anything about this.

 

Hopefully you don't have chronic T. Let's hope you get over this. In the meantime, don't develop the habit of listening for it. Try the method I posted, it moves your response from the brain's animal area (fight or flight), to the prefrontal cortex where you can actually deal with T and not hear it.

 

Yes, hopefully. I wouldn't listening for it, my curious is just for checking is that still there. Be positive is the key isn't?
