After Getting Tinnitus, Why Doesn't My Left Ear Pop?

Since I got tinnitus in my left ear it doesn't pop. Does anybody know why???

Blocked eustachian tube?

I got my T after a wax removal by microsuction 2 years ago... My ear was blocked with lots of wax... Maybe my eustachian tube is blocked? How can I find that out? Who doctor should I visit?
