      Hi guys,

I'm 26 years old and had tinnitus for around three months now! Still waiting for my MRI results which I had about 7 weeks ago, hospital have sent them to my GP but not turning up!!! So frustrating.

But I just wanted to see if anyone has the same feelings as me: tinnitus for me it isn't a big problem it is more the way it makes me feel. Some days are OK, some are bad. It is like I'm spaced out, the feeling seems to spike when I spend too much time on my phone or outside for short periods.

Along with headaches here and there it is horrible!

Does anyone have this problem I could have a chat with (if they don't mind)?

      Thank you!!
      Matt.

Clouding of consciousness, also known as brain fog or mental fog, is a term used in medicine denoting an abnormality in the regulation of the overall level of consciousness that is mild and less severe than a delirium. The sufferer experiences a subjective sensation of mental clouding described as feeling "foggy".
