      Tinnitus Since:
      2004
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Meniere's Disease
My ears developed a deep drone on top of my high pitch tinnitus and went through shell last year but it went away with my head tinnitus taking nortriptyline.
After a virus and to MD attacks it came back but just settled .
Should have gone to a 50th Birthday tonight with hubby but I did not want to go and be around loud music as ears only just settled down from the deep drone and hubby understands and he can have fun with his mates their and I enjoy some quiet time at home...lots of love glynis

It was pretty loud, no live music but speakers were loud. Might have been around 90-95 db.

It's not a don't go for you, just follow the advice bill gave you. I agree with him.

Just had two 110 dB sound in my in-ears. (Earplugs which go deep). Together less than two seconds. But, yes, scared again.. Anyone any experience of short loud sounds making your T perm worse?

I try to be so safe but these things keep happening..
      I'll take some perdisone now..

Yep as @SilverSpiral said, I have my share of increases. It's never easy but I've come out on the other end a little stronger each time.
