Anyone Have a Drilling Sound in the Ear?

My t has been all over the place. In the beginning I could only hear it in silence and not over loud noise. Then I became very sensitive to sound and it would hardly hear it in silence. At first it was just ringing and I also had an ear infection so it was at its loudest then some light whooshing . I then took predisnone and seemed to lower the ringing but my ears felt full and clogged.

Now it's more ringing but when I'm in silence it sounds kind of like a drill noise with a light ringing in the background

Yeah part of my T sounds like a dentist drill (at highest speed) grinding down a tooth. I can hear it all the time and it's loud. Its driven me to madness.

Like a squeal?? Guess i am lcuky as mine is a buzzzzzzing kinda noise but i guess it is soft but noticable.

Mine is like this only higher pitched. I wish my tinnitus and hearing loss was in the normal range so I could try hearing aids. This very high pitched dentist drill that I can hear everywhere and H is just unrelenting torture.
