It's been three months now drinking apple cider vinegar with the Mother it took five weeks for it to work. Now since that time there is no ringing hissing sound at all plus nasal spray to clear a blocked eustachian tube. Silence pure quiet silence.
      The vinegar is natural.

How Much apple cider vinegar? I have some of this already for reducing information for other conditions but it doesn't have any "mother" in it. Do you know what exactly mother is?

The vinegar must have the mother in it. Mother is a fine sediment in the vinegar it's there because the vinegar has not been filtered. Bragg brand is found usually in health food shops. It has mother.
You put one tablespoon Into a glass of warm water filtered water or spring water you don't want any chemical in the water. @Agrajag364 drink 3 times a day on empty stomach 10 minutes before eating.
My T was caused by ear infection and my gp just sat on his hands and ignored me. I stumbled on the vinegar by the internet. I'm not a doctor nor am I saying that it works for everyone. It worked for me after a year of ringing and hissing. So I posted this in hope it may help others.. or at best brings the ringing down

Would it be fine putting something else in as well, like honey?

One other question: Has taking the ACV impacted your teeth at all? I read that it can have a negative effect on your enamel.

@illegalmonkey77 make sure to swish your mouth with water after you take ACV .Since its acidic might impact the enamel.

Several days after I started taking Bragg's ACV, I began experiencing sharp pain in my stomach. I tried just adding ACV to food, and the pain stopped.

Right now I have two glasses each day with a tsp of psyllium husk fiber. I wonder if making it warm water with a tbp of ACV would be a good combo.

@AZeurotuner he had an ear infection, so happy it worked for him. I believe mine is caused by a lumbar puncture I had it started 5 days after in my head high pitched 24/7 but I have been doing his regimen in hopes maybe it will help just in case I have inflammation

Thanks for the info... Mines noise induced, I get a lot of pain from everyday sounds. Thinking part of that is possibly inflammation? Nothing to lose I guess, I'll pick some up next time I'm at Trader Joe's.

I didn't think this thread would bring this much response. I can only hope it helps all of you. If it reduces your noise or like mine it dissapears that's great.

This is way too early to be of relevance but I took my first "dose" last night before dinner and the rest of the night, even sleeping, my T was as low as it's ever been. There's no way it could have been this.... lol At least that's what I keep telling myself. I am super cautious with giving myself too much hope. I find it's better to assume near the worst to keep my expectations in check.

On a side note I tried it with warm water and it was tough... lol In the morning I did it with cool water/room temp and it was more tolerable to me. Here's to continuing the journey.

      Here's my little update.

I first took the ACV Thursday night(1/11/2018). I noticed immediate results that night. Possibly placebo but I didn't have myself in a positive mindset expecting it to change anything. At best I thought, "We'll give this a month and see how it looks then." So I dunno. I just don't want to give anyone the false hope this will instantly cure them. I'm just noting my experience thus far.

So Friday morning comes around and I take my dose. The T is more around it's usual level, so I figured yeah it was probably placebo. Went to work and did my thing. Didn't take any with me to work, just figured I'll do two doses a day. Work usually helps drown out the T w/ the hustle and bustle of the office but by the time I get home my T will start to be more noticeable. I get home, take my 2nd dose and sure enough things start to calm down more but not to the level it did Thursday night. Still, it was enough of an improvement to satisfy me.

Saturday morning comes and my T is still about the level it was when I went to sleep, which was great. It seemed to get a tad bit lower, slowly, after I took my morning dose of ACV. Usually being at home, where's it's much quieter, I will notice my T more. So the weekends are usually a crap shoot with how "bad" it'll be. All day Saturday though, and all night, my T was at the same very low level.

Now it's Sunday morning and it's still doing well after my morning dose! I'm excited that it appears to be helping but also scared it's not the case at all and my T will spike out of nowhere. A good marker though is that it is now COLD AS FUCK again. I was out twice in below zero weather shoveling and figured that would mess my ears up a bit but my T is still the same low level. So maybe I just started getting better around the same time I decided to begin taking ACV? Who knows. Maybe I'm super sensitive to the positive effects of ACV. I never took it before... lol

Anyways, that's how it's going so far. I intend to keep taking it this way and will see what else happens. I wish everyone who tries the ACV the best of luck. It would be amazing if everyone had results like this. Just give it time though if not!!
